1. Agreement to These Terms

By enrolling in any course offered by the School of Biomagnetism, a trading name of Faye Usher ("the School", "we", "us"), you ("the Student") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Enrolment constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the School.

These terms cover:

• The Biomagnetism Practitioner Training, online (Section 3)
• The Biomagnetism Practitioner Training, in person (Section 4)
• The At Home Course (Section 5)

2. Enrolment and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

Our courses are open to adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Access

Upon successful enrolment and receipt of your first payment, you will be granted access to the course platform and materials. The access period for each course is set out in the relevant section below.

2.3 Immediate Access and Your Cancellation Rights

Our courses are digital content, supplied immediately on enrolment. By completing checkout you expressly request that we begin supplying the course straight away, and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once supply has begun.

This does not affect the money-back guarantee we offer voluntarily, which is set out in Sections 3.4 and 5.4.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Your course login and materials are for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, transfer your enrolment, or grant access to any third party.

3. Biomagnetism Practitioner Training, Online

3.1 What Is Included

Your enrolment includes:

• The complete Biomagnetism Practitioner Training, delivered as 13 structured modules
• Monthly live Q&A and mentorship sessions
• Access to the private student community
• Access to The Vault, our library of past mentorship sessions
• Downloadable resources
• The printed training manual, the Targeted Healing Protocols book, and a copy of Finding Balance, posted to you
• A 25% student discount on professional-grade magnets

Magnets are not included in the course fee and may be purchased separately from our shop.

3.2 Payment Options

The online course is available at the following payment options:

• Pay in full: a single payment of £1,500, granting immediate access to all course materials
• 6-month payment plan: six monthly instalments of £275, totalling £1,650
• 12-month payment plan: twelve monthly instalments of £145, totalling £1,740

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment plans are fixed commitments. Payment plans are not subscriptions. By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full number of instalments for the duration of the plan. Selecting a payment plan and completing checkout constitutes your agreement to pay all instalments in full, regardless of whether you continue to access or use the course.

Payment schedule. Instalments will be collected automatically on the same date each month via the payment method provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available.

Failed payments. In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to contact you. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your access to course materials until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Prices. All prices are listed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The School reserves the right to change course pricing for future enrolment cycles; however, the price agreed at your point of enrolment will be honoured for the duration of your plan.

3.4 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment, subject to the condition that you have completed less than 20% of the course content.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your enrolment date.

Where a refund is granted:

• We will refund the amount you have paid, less a fixed deduction of £100 to cover the printed materials dispatched to you. Those materials are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
• If you are on a payment plan, the payments made to date will be refunded less the £100 deduction, and the plan will be cancelled. No further instalments will be taken.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
• Your access to the course platform, the student community, The Vault and the live sessions will end once the refund is processed.

Refunds will not be granted where 20% or more of the course content has been completed, regardless of whether the 14-day window has elapsed.

Downloadable resources are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, distributed or reused following a refund.

3.5 After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day guarantee period has passed, all payments are non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, you remain liable for all remaining instalments as agreed at the point of enrolment.

3.6 Early Exit from a Payment Plan

If you wish to discontinue a payment plan after the 14-day guarantee period, you are not entitled to cancel remaining instalments. However, at our sole discretion, we may agree a settlement figure to release you from the remaining balance. Any such settlement will take into account:

• The value of course content accessed, calculated as a proportion of the full course value of £1,500
• The retail value of any physical goods received, including the printed manual, the Targeted Healing Protocols book and Finding Balance, which are non-returnable and non-refundable
• The value of any additional courses or content accessed

Any early exit settlement must be agreed in writing with the School prior to cancellation of the payment plan. Ceasing payments without an agreed settlement does not release you from your contractual obligation.

3.7 Physical Goods

Physical goods, including the printed manual, the Targeted Healing Protocols book and Finding Balance, are dispatched on enrolment and are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, except in the case of damage or defect.

3.8 Course Access Period and Continued Membership

Access to the online course is granted for a period of 12 months from your enrolment date.

At the end of your 12 months, you may choose to continue your membership for £20 per month. Continued membership maintains your access to the course material, the live clinical and business sessions, the student community and The Vault. Continued membership is a rolling monthly subscription which you may cancel at any time, with access ending at the close of the period already paid for.

If you do not continue your membership, your access will end on the final day of your 12-month period. You may rejoin later, subject to the pricing in place at that time.

3.9 Qualification

Completion of the training, including submission of the required case studies and the final assessment, leads to the Qualified Biomagnetism Practitioner credential awarded by the School of Biomagnetism. Biomagnetism is not currently regulated by an external accrediting body, and the School does not represent this qualification as accredited by any third party.

4. Biomagnetism Practitioner Training, In Person

4.1 Scope

This section applies to all in-person Biomagnetism Practitioner Training events ("the Event") offered by the School, including residential and non-residential intensive trainings.

4.2 What Is Included

Your place includes:

• Five days of complete practitioner training
• All printed learning materials
• One pair of therapeutic-grade magnets
• Daily refreshments
• Three months' access to the online Biomagnetism Practitioner Training
• Lifetime access to the private student community
• A private group for your cohort
• Access to reduced-rate accommodation at the venue, booked and paid for by you

4.3 Waiting List and Securing Your Place

Joining the waiting list is free and places you under no obligation. It does not reserve or guarantee a place at the Event.

Places at in-person events are limited and are secured only upon receipt of payment in full, or of a deposit where the School offers one. A place cannot be held or reserved without payment.

Where a deposit is offered, the deposit amount and the date by which the balance falls due will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out in 4.7.

4.4 Reduced Rate for Online Students

Students who have enrolled in the online Biomagnetism Practitioner Training are entitled to attend an in-person training at a reduced rate of £1,250, and to book before places are released more widely. This rate applies to one in-person training per online enrolment and cannot be combined with any other offer.

4.5 Cancellation by the Student

We understand that circumstances can change. However, in-person events involve significant fixed costs committed well in advance, including venue hire, accommodation, catering and staffing. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of receipt of your written notice will be used to determine the applicable refund tier.

Where you have accessed the online course material included with your place, the retail value of any physical goods received may be deducted from any refund due.

4.6 Transfers and Deferrals

Transfers to another student. As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your place to another person, subject to the School's prior written approval. Transfer requests must be made no later than 14 days before the Event. The School reserves the right to decline a transfer request at its discretion. Any administrative fee associated with the transfer will be communicated at the time of the request.

Deferral to a future event. If you are unable to attend the Event and provide at least 30 days' written notice, we will offer you the option to transfer your place to the next available in-person event on a one-time basis, in lieu of a refund. This option is available once per enrolment and is subject to availability.

4.7 Cancellation or Postponement by the School

In the unlikely event that the School needs to cancel or postpone an Event due to circumstances including but not limited to insufficient enrolments, venue issues, tutor illness, or force majeure, students will be offered:

• A full refund of the Event fee paid, including any deposit; or
• A transfer of their place to the next available event of the same type

The School will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by students in connection with a cancelled or postponed event. We strongly recommend that students take out appropriate travel insurance.

4.8 Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that serious and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine medical emergency or bereavement, we will consider requests for exceptional treatment at our sole discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing and supported by appropriate documentation, for example a medical certificate. The granting of any concession in exceptional circumstances does not set a precedent for future requests.

4.9 Travel and Accommodation

Unless expressly stated in the event description, the event fee covers training only. Travel to and from the venue, and any accommodation required, is the responsibility of the student and is not included in the event fee. Reduced accommodation rates, where offered, are arranged directly between you and the venue.

4.10 Student Conduct at Events

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during in-person events. The School reserves the right to remove a student from an event without refund in the event of behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise incompatible with a safe and positive learning environment.

5. The At Home Course

5.1 Scope

This section applies to the At Home Course, our home-use introduction to Biomagnetism, comprising the Discovery Course and the Targeted Healing Protocols.

5.2 What Is Included

Your purchase includes 12 months' access to the Discovery Course video modules and the Targeted Healing Protocols guide content.

The At Home Course is not practitioner training and does not lead to a qualification. It does not teach practitioner-level assessment or muscle testing.

5.3 Price and Magnets

The At Home Course is priced at £127, payable in full at checkout.

Magnets are not included. A set may be added to your order at checkout, or purchased separately at any time. Any magnets purchased are yours to keep and are not subject to the access period in 5.2.

5.4 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the condition that you have completed less than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Magnets, once dispatched, are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of damage or defect. Where magnets have been dispatched, their retail value will be deducted from any refund due.

After the 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Course Content and Delivery

6.1 Content Updates

The School reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. We will endeavour to ensure that any changes enhance rather than diminish the value of the course.

6.2 Live Sessions

Live Q&A and mentorship sessions are offered as part of the online Practitioner Training and of continued membership. Scheduled sessions are subject to change. Recordings of live sessions will be made available in the course platform wherever possible. The School does not guarantee the availability of any specific guest contributors or third-party speakers.

6.3 Community Access

Access to the private student community is included as part of your enrolment, for the period set out in the relevant section above. The School reserves the right to move the community to an alternative platform with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, downloadable resources, the printed manual, the Targeted Healing Protocols and Finding Balance, is the intellectual property of the School of Biomagnetism. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or use any course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the School.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. The content is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Biomagnetism and Bioenergetics are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Magnets are not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, during pregnancy, or in emergency situations. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, or have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using magnets.

Students are responsible for practising within the scope of their own professional qualifications and applicable laws in their country or region, including holding any insurance required. The School accepts no liability for any outcomes arising from the application of techniques learned in our courses.

9. Student Conduct

Students are expected to engage with our courses and community in a respectful and professional manner. The School reserves the right to remove a student from a course, without refund, in the event of:

• Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff, tutors, or fellow students
• Sharing of login credentials or course materials with third parties
• Any conduct that brings the School or the profession into disrepute

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School's liability to you in connection with any course shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the School. The School is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use a course.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

The School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Students enrolled at the time of any update will be notified by email. Continued use of a course following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
